The Crown Inn, Munslow

The Crown Country Inn near Craven Arms is set below the rolling hills of Wenlock Edge in the Vale of the River Corve. The Crown is an ideal place to stay and explore the county. Our restaurant menus offer a tempting variety of traditional and more exotic fare. In addition to the à la carte menu, there is always an ever changing selection of "daily specials", so you are always guaranteed to find something to tempt your palate.

The Corvedale Restaurant hosts Gourmet Evenings, which offer a considerable dining experience. As you would expect, all our dishes are freshly prepared to order using only the finest ingredients. Where possible, we obtain our ingredients from trusted local sources.

The Crown is a Grade II listed Tudor Inn - it was once a "Hundred House" where the courts of latter day passed their judgement. With many of its original features still in place, such as great oak beams, flagstone floors and the large Inglenook fireplace that is the central feature of the main bar area, you can sit and sample traditional ales, fine fare, and a wonderful welcome from your hosts, Richard & Jane Arnold, in historic surroundings.
