Fresh back from Chelsea Flower show, Kim Hurst from Cottage Herbery, gold medal winner will be at Ludlow Local Produce Market next Thursday (May 28th) with her newly published book 'Hidden Histories: Herbs'. There will be an opportunity for customers to have a chat with Kim about any herby questions and get themselves a signed copy.  The book which is beautifully illustrated brings together the extraordinary and largely forgotten stories of 150 special plants that are still put to use in culinary, medicinal and cosmetic preparations today.
