Lightwood Cheese
A very small micro cheese maker from just over the border in Worcestershire, Haydn is a dab hand at making a range of cheeses from local cows and goat’s milk and cream.
His range includes a rich creamy semi soft cheese ‘Chaser, a swiss mountain style cheese ‘Thom’ a small goat’s round called ‘Little Flea’ and a blue ‘Worcester Blue’ and even a halloumi – all distinct and delightful.
